Free In-Store Pick Up

In-store pick up is available for all online orders with no minimum required. Orders are prepared as quickly as possible, but may be delayed due to out of stock items or special orders. Simply select your preferred Brookside Barkery location at checkout & we'll notify you when it's ready! 
Please note, pick up orders will be held at our store for 7 days. If an order is not picked up within 7 days from time of fulfillment, the order will incur a 10% restocking fee and refunded for the remaining balance.

1-3 Day Delivery

Orders over $50 Ship Free. Arrives in 1-3 Business Days. Limited items can ship outside of KC area. Large kibble bags must be 10 miles from a store. No frozen orders via 1-3 Day Delivery.

Same Day Local Delivery

---

Orders placed by noon qualify for Same Day Delivery. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the next day. Same Day is always $10. Must live with in 10 miles of a store. All frozen orders must be Same Day Local Delivery. Orders typically arrive by 7 PM. Deliveries go out daily Monday-Friday.
