Yes! Delivery is FREE within 15 miles of either Brookside Barkery location with a $50 minimum. For orders under $50, delivery is $10.
Deliveries occur Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding major holidays (New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day)
Orders are normally delivered between 1pm-5pm.
No, delivery orders are prepared & delivered within 24-48 hours, with the exception of special orders or out of stock items, which may take longer.
For orders that contain frozen items, someone will need to be home to accept the delivery. If your order contains nonperishable items and no one is home, our driver will neatly place all items near the front door, unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.
Yes, for orders containing raw food someone must be home. We will call you to see what time works best for the items to be delivered.
If you need your delivery to arrive between a specific window of time please add this to the special instructions on your order. If it is time sensitive, you can contact us by replying to your order's confirmation email with any information regarding your delivery and we will do our best to accommodate.
Curbside/ In-Store Pick Up
No, curbside/in-store pick up is available for any order.
All orders are prepared as quickly as possible, usually within 4 hours of the order being placed, with the exception of special orders or out of stock items.
Money-back returns are available with the original receipt. We will accept items returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging (keep your dog food bags!) with any instructions or other materials that came with the item. We will not accept any item that shows any sign of wear.
For exchanging food, we will discount based on the percentage of food remaining. Opened bags must have a barcode to be returned - so make sure you hang on to the bag!
No, all toy sales are final.
If the toy purchased has a guarantee to replace or refund the product you must go through the toy manufacturer to receive your replacement/refund.

De-shedding treatments are a two-hour, multi-step process to reduce your pet’s shedding. We use a de-shedding shampoo and conditioner which soaks and loosens hair follicles, followed by high pressure drying and one hour of brushing. Let our trained staff de-shed your dog, and you’ll be amazed at the decrease in shedding! Includes bath, high-pressure blow dry, 1 hour of brushing, nail trim and ear cleaning. Does NOT include any hair trimming. All de-shedding services by appointment only.
BATH + NAIL appointments are a one-hour service which include wash, blow dry, nail trim, brushing & ear cleaning. Add-ons available: nail dremel, teeth brushing, shampoo upgrades. Does NOT include hair trimming. Available by appointment only.
Yes, to view your upcoming appointments, login to your Barkery Appointment's Plus account. Then, click APPOINTMENTS under your username and the logout button in the top right corner. This will show you all of your upcoming and past appointments.

Matted dogs will be shaved. Shaving of pets will dramatically change the pets’ appearance and the hair will be very close to the skin. We will use all precaution during this process.
Because we treat the whole animal, we do not shave double or triple coated dogs. A dog’s double coat is part of his natural cooling system – each layer helps to keep the dog cool and protects from sun damage. All pets must be dropped off by 9am for grooming (haircut) services. Please check your appointment reminder email for your groomer’s drop-off times. Late drop off may be allowed at the groomer’s discretion. Pets are completed on a first in, first out basis. Because we cannot predict the length of time needed to groom each dog, we are unable to guarantee completion of the appointment by a requested time. We will try to accommodate our clients schedules to the best of our ability.

Walk-in services are unavailable for online booking. Please visit a Barkery near you for our walk-in only services or call ahead to confirm availability.
All full-service groom and bath and brush services require an appointment. We do have walk in services such as a nail trim, teeth brushing, nail dremmel, ear cleaning, and self-service pet wash that do not require an appointment.
Our self-serve pet wash hours and walk-in service hours are the following:
Open Monday - Firday from 10:00AM - 6:00PM
Saturday from 10:00AM - 5:00PM
Sunday from 12:00PM - 5:00PM
*Please note, since our self-wash facilities are available on a walk-in basis our wait times my vary. All walk-in servics are available up until 30 minutes prior to store closing.
Self-service pet wash is available by walk-in only, and may have long wait times. Because of this we ask that you limit your time in our facility to one hour.
No scissors or blades of any kind can be used in the self-wash facility. Matted pets will not be accepted unless scheduled for a full-service groom with a grooming professional.
The price of your wash includes use of all of our complimentary shampoos, conditioners, coat sprays, and scented after-bath sprays. We also have a upgrade menu for you to choose from. And, we supply all the towels you need. .
